Psst…have you heard about Best Friends?

It’s no secret, of course, but it’s new so not many people know about it yet.

If you’ve been following us lately, you know that there are more dogs and cats than ever in need of help. Nadia is just one of many. She came to us from a puppy mill, completely lacking in basic skills and terrified of everything. And there are so many more like her.

Eventually we want them all to find loving homes. But until then, they need a lot of help. Good medical care, a comfortable place to stay, healthy food, fun toys, warm beds, and plenty of one-to-one assistance.

That takes time and, honestly, it costs a lot too. Every second and every cent is worth it.

But to help us continue providing the best care, no matter what the effort or the cost, we started the Best Friends monthly giving program. People like you join the family and through affordable monthly contributions, help us provide ongoing (and outstanding) support to thousands of animals every year. Be a part of that and you’ll be helping us perform those spay and neuter surgeries, take care of those nasty fleas and ticks, buy those squeaky toys and comfy beds, and keep those food bowls full. You’ll be helping us give dogs like Nadia a second chance.

As our way of saying thanks for being a part of the Best Friends family, we’ll send you our monthly eNewsletter, The Fire Hydrant, filled with great stuff, including a discount code you can use at our retail store, Whiskers and Wags. There will be other howlin’ good offers throughout the year, too, just to remind you how much we appreciate your ongoing support.

We hope you will consider joining the Best Friends family right now so we can keep doing great work for the dogs and cats who need us. It doesn’t take much each month to make a big difference. To get started, sign up now

Thanks for being a part of our important work and making dreams come true.
